HANDY HAY NETS

I was privileged to help my friend Marie Racine with the startup of her business 'Handy Hay Nets'. I came up with the 'Saving You Time, Money & Hay SO YOU CAN GO PLAY!' and created the first version of her logo and product tags. In the winter of 2013 I built my very first Squarespace Commerce website (this was Squarespace 5.0!).
We had a great time developing all this together. I would stay at her place out in the country and we'd spend time with her horses and film her 'how-to' videos together. My horse *Prowler is featured on her horse testimonial page (there's a video beside my testimonial here).
In 2022 I updated Marie's site to Squarespace 7.1 and gave it a design overhaul and a fresh new look.
My ongoing work with Marie includes SEO updates, site updates/maintenance and occasional social media graphic design.

"Jai's knowledge of horses and the importance of slow feeding for horses has played a vital role in developing the Handy Hay Nets brand, logo, and website. Since we began collaborating in 2013, it has been a fantastic journey. Over the years, Jai has significantly enhanced our website's flow with ongoing updates — she refined our logo in 2022 to a more condensed, succinct format...I love it! Jai is a pleasure to work with."
